The MP Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) was forced to undo its order of not accepting marksheet procured online when a large number of candidates raised slogan and demonstrated at board office and on the premises of directorate of public instructions on Monday.

The board has recently declared the results of D Ed second year (2013) and D Ed both first and second years (2012).

The Samvida Shala Shikshak posts for grade I, II and III require the verification of D Ed mark sheets of candidates who have cleared the exams from MPBSE. However, MPBSE on Saturday said it would accept only original marksheets and not the one taken online.

This put a lot of candidates to inconvenience as most of the candidates have still not got the original marksheets. After Monday's protest, the data entry section was pressed into service to control crowd, while the higher authorities took the decision of revoking Saturday's order.

The crowd dispersed after they were assured that internet marksheet too can be verified. Police were deployed to manage the crowd at board office.
