Marketing Executive Opportunity with India Govt. Navratna PSU NBCC in Indore

Position: Marketing Executive

Location: Anywhere in India (Indore applicants are welcome)

Age Limit: Up to 35 Years

Salary Pay-Scale: Rs. 42,500/- per month (Consolidated)

Education Qualification:

• Full-time MBA or 2 years Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Marketing from a Madhya Pradesh Government recognized Institute/University with at least 60% aggregate marks.
• SC, ST & PwBD category candidates with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks are also eligible to apply for jobs in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Essential Post Qualification Experience:

• Candidates applying for this position should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Leading Real Estate firms or Brokerage Agencies, specifically those who have carried out both Pre & Post Sales work in Madhya Pradesh for reputed Real Estate firms.
• The experience should be in areas like Real Estate Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Handling.
• Candidates from Indore with a minimum of 01 year of direct sales experience will be given preference. Please note that selected candidates will be required to serve in any part of India.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designing & Publishing Advertisement:
  • Creating and publishing advertisements in leading/local newspapers in Indore for sale launch.
  • Utilizing various promotion tools like mailers, radio jingles, banners, and hoardings near the project site for wider publicity and reach.
• Setting up Marketing Camps:
  • Organizing marketing camps at project sites to generate leads and conduct client meetings.
  • Arranging client get-togethers to build customer relationships and increase sales conversion.
• Customer Support Service:
  • Providing timely customer support regarding project progress status.
  • Handling grievance redressal, RTI replies, requests for transfer, possession status cancellation, and refunds.
  • Organizing customer meets in Madhya Pradesh for verifying and processing bills of Maintenance agencies and advocates.

Selection Procedure at NBCC – Madhya Pradesh:

• The selection process for the Marketing Executive role at NBCC will involve inviting applications and shortlisting candidates based on various criteria such as their profile, age, educational qualification, and experience.
